Order storage

Neither S10HOME nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

Complementary Scheduled Delivery and Rescheduling Fee

  1. Scheduled Delivery: The Company provides delivery services on a scheduled basis, approximately every two to three (2-3) weeks. The Customer will receive letter and/or call with the allocated delivery slot no less than 2-5 days in advance.
  2. Rescheduling Fee: In the event that the Customer is unable to accept the delivery during the allocated delivery slot, and a reschedule is required for another day, the Customer may be liable to pay a rescheduling fee of one hundred and sixty-nine pounds (£169). This fee is charged to cover the additional cost of reorganising delivery logistics and assembly.
  3. Customer Obligation: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure availability during the notified delivery slot. Failure to notify the Company in advance of any potential issues may result in additional fees as outlined above.
  4. No Waiver: The rescheduling fee shall apply notwithstanding the Company’s provision of complimentary delivery and assembly within the initially allocated delivery slot. Separate deliveries or reschedules outside of the pre-scheduled routes will be considered at the Customer’s cost and responsibility.

Shipping rates

If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered together at the best possible rate and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for the combined shipment.

For UK:

We are unable to ship items to the UK Highlands or Islands. Orders to these regions will be cancelled and you'll be refunded - apologies for any inconvenience.

Assembly is provided with the delivery. No cardboard and mdf packaging collection is provided with the delivery.

For EU:

We currently only deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Netherland, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Austria and France. We deliver only to mainland regions in these countries, orders to the islands or without road access will be cancelled and you'll be refunded - apologise for any inconvenience.

Assembly is not provided with the delivery for the EU. No cardboard and mdf packaging collection is provided with the delivery. 

Assembly & Customs  

Assembly is provided free of charge with the delivery to the UK. No cardboard and mdf packaging collection is provided with the delivery. We do not offer assembly on EU deliveries; the rate includes only the shipping. 

All customs and taxes are already incorporated into the final price displayed on our website, ensuring no additional charges for our clients.

We usually deliver biweekly on Friday or Saturday and will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time once your order is ready for dispatch.

We will endeavour to deliver to your room of choice (subject to access requirements), and assemble (only the UK destinations, we do not offer assembly service in Europe). 

It is crucial to note that neither we nor our delivery partners are responsible for the disposal of the packaging. Consequently, all packaging materials will be left at the client's location, and the responsibility for their disposal rests solely with the client.
